If you rent or book this hotel, you might be making a mistake This is one of the most unprofessional and unethical management I have ever dealt with in my years here. The lack of transparency, will not return your full deposit when you are leaving, taking part of it in unethical way and before you get the remaining, you will stress for it. It is not like that, they will try to sweet talk you before about how it is, move in and you will find it’s not that. It’s rare for me to leave a critical review but because I had an experience in this hotel, I had to warn you.

My negative review is because the food delivery policy/handling of deliveries...This hotel doesn't allow deliveries to your door. Fine...but 2 times in the SAME day I received a delivery and went all the way downstairs to have the people at the front desk stare at me blankly/confused and had no idea where my delivery was. I call the delivery apps in both cases saying the driver delivered the food/items...It was only AFTER I started getting frustrated that the reception realizes a bag at the random table off in the corner is possibly mine...

If you are going to take long stay in this hotel please read this. - furnished apartment will seem like a good deal but all furnitures are old and dusty. The spare bed and sofas and kept on the service area near the garbages . Ive sneezing and allergy ever since I’ve moved in here. - all kitchen appliances are old and washing machine and microwave will have constant issues. - they hotel manager and real estate will be very nice to you and give you all promises before you move in. After you move in and if you gave any issue , hotel will tell you to go to real estate and real estate will tell you to go to hotel management. - the corridors are very dirty and there is no routine cleaning. Tenants leave there garbage bags in the corridor for days.Since last two months hotel is cleaning it as alot of new tenants are coming to see the property. - delivery guys are not allowed up Bcs it’s a “hotel” - hotel staff will access your room any time without informing u, even u r not home. The response from the manager Yasir was “sorry this is hotel and staff will enter for any service. If you want to avoid this keep your ‘do not disturb’ sign on” - Gym is only open till 9. Locker room locks doesn’t work since 1 years. The blind in the changing room as broken and a night people can see your from terrace. This is not a good place to live. Please do not take 1 years contract.

I stayed at Ivory Hotel Apartment in Dubai , while there were some positives to my stay at the Ivory Hotel Apartment in Dubai, there were also some significant negatives that should be addressed to improve the experience for future guests. Positives: good price, decent apartment size with useful amenities, great location near Mall of the Emirates, friendly staff, and parking available. Negatives: better rate by calling directly, poor bathroom tile condition with black mold, barely functioning air conditioning, not so clean furniture, small flies in breakfast salad, and finally what prompt me to write the review is that myself and my family became ill and that happened in the first night of my stay. Overall my stay in Ivory Hotel Apartment Dubai wasn't bad, we enjoyed our stay and the price was good, however I hope the management takes better steps towards improving the cleanliness of the hotel.

Watch and read before you book your room here! I made an extremely bad experience here. The rooms are dirty, furniture old and probably never properly cleaned. When you open the drawer or wardrobe, you can smell the last century there. Even though I asked for non-smoking apartment, everything was smelling terrible after cigarette smoke- curtains, sofa, furniture.. actually, the whole hotel smells and they are trying to cover it with some strong perfume, from which you get sick after a while. The equipment is cheap, old and rusty, you don’t want to put food into the fridge or cooking utensils. Bathroom is disgusting with damaged and moldy bathtub, where you don’t want to step barefoot. But the most disgusting was finding some cockroaches…
